How to hire a nanny for your newborn.
These days, many people don't live near their families of origin, so mom and sister are no longer down the street to help when baby comes home! So you need to start talking about what the childcare situation is going to look like with your partner as soon as possible. Don't forget to consider these options; will you be staying at home? Will you go back to work and hire a nanny? Will you stay home and get some help from a nanny? By the time you are in the third trimester of your pregnancy, you should have an idea about what the situation is going to be. The next step you need to take is to find the right nanny. You need to figure out what are the needs for your family; what would be the responsibilities of the nanny, and find time to conduct interviews and have a try-out period. After you have your pick, you'll need time to develop a work agreement. So now that you have your nanny there are a few tips for returning to work:

1. Start freezing breast milk so you have a frozen milk stash hidden away. This will prevent you from having a breast milk panic before returning to work.
2. Have your nanny start a few days before you go back to work and practice being away from your baby.
3. Have a system to communicate with your nanny about your baby. All Best Nannies provides a Nanny Log for their clients! It's very practical and valuable to add this to your baby's first year baby book!
4. Now since you have plenty of time on your hands, relax; go to a spa, hang out with your friends or go shopping, etc.
5. Don't forget to stay connected! Ask your nanny to take pictures of your baby. Maybe even send them to you via email or phone so you can see your baby while you're away at work.

Summer Nannies at All Best Nannies.com can entertain your kids for 3 months!
Believe it or not, summer is almost here! We are having an influx of wonderful caregivers available now to entertain your kids for almost 3 months. Many are teachers who need a summer job or students home from college who are looking for the right opportunity to spend their sunny days creating memories with your little ones. If you are like us, you start looking for camps they might pique the interest of your kids and keep them active for at least a portion of their day. Many people do not think of hiring a nanny. Summers can be great time to explore the many local activities that we don't have time to take advantage of during the busy school year. Kids also enjoy the chance to have a voice in what they would like to do and the flexibility to be spontaneous and not "locked in" to a certain activity on a certain day. The advantage of hiring someone with an educational background is the opportunity to use summer as a teaching or learning enhancement time. Whether it be a budding reader needing phonics practice or an older child fascinated with the everyday miracles of Mother Nature, they can enjoy the luxury afforded by a less harried pace, enabling exploration and expansion of their personal knowledge base. At All Best Nannies, we want to help make this opportunity more affordable for families struggling with the current economy and have thus lowered our placement fee to a flat $500 for the entire summer. We hope that you will take advantage of this great offer and our selection of fantastic, highly qualified candidates to start the process of finding your wonderful summer nanny at our agency! Please don't hesitate to call our agency at: (847) 824 4900 or visit our website: www.allbestnannies.com and go to Family Registration to start interviewing our screened candidates. Have great summer!
