Nannies are employed by the family on a live-in or come-and-go basis to undertake all domestic tasks related to the care of children. Nannies will typically work from 40-60 hours per week.

Nanny Applicant Screening

Our screening begins the moment the nanny makes her application for employment. Our placent consultants check:

Starting Salary requirements $350-$500+ per 5 day week. Come and Go hourly rates are $9-$15/hr.Typical Nanny Work Schedules:

Nanny Salaries

It depends on work experience, sense of resposibility, educational background, fluency in English, maturity of the prospective nanny and your job requirements. The following are some general weekly wage guidelines assuming a 45-50 hour work week and one or two children.

Full Time Nannies

Live-out $10 - $20/ per hour

Live-in $400 -$800 / per week

Part Time Nannies.

These positions are mostly live-out and paid on hourly basis. Hourly rates start at $12 per hour and are as high as $20 per hour with a 16 hour per week30 Day Pro-Rated Cash Refund or 18 month Nanny Replacement minimum.

Any of our Nannies prefer to work as an independent subcontractor

Placement fee
There is one time charge for the placement of a suitable candidate into  a Full Time or Part Time Nanny position whether the position is Live-in or Live-out. We offer very reasonable rates. Placement fee is 2 weeks nanny gross salary ( between $600-$1500,  based on nanny experience). Fee schedule is available per your request. When possible we like a nanny candidate to work for a "trial day" or "trial week" just to make sure you made the right choice.

Guarantee

30 Day Pro- Rated Cash Refund or 18 Month NO FEE Nanny Replacement.

The replacement period assures you that if your nanny is fired or leaves the job for any reason we will replace her without an additional placement fee.

Nanny Payroll and TaxNanny Payroll and Tax

There are several private agencies that will provide payroll and tax assistance. (The list of agencies is available in our officeMost of our Nannies prefer to work as an self-employed independent subcontractor).

Nanny benefits will be mutually agreed upon during the interview process.

Criminal Background Check

Additional $75 fee for specialty service.

Referrals to Private Investigative Firms Specializing in Criminal Conviction Research.
Pro Care Agency is not an authority in criminal background investigation and utilizes outside specialists to provide the best for our clients. Background check includes criminal and driving records.

A Part-time placement fee is equal to two weeks of Nanny salary.

Our guarantee

HAPPY FAMILY NANNY MATCHPro Care Agency guarantees all employees for 18 months effective on the starting date. If the employee should leave within 18 months the client may elect to select replacement caregiver from available candidates at no additional charge. In addition if the employee should resign within the 30 day period, the employer has the right to obtain a refund of the fee or have a replacement caregiver. No fee will be refunded after the 30 day period.
